CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE

Starin, a national leader in providing AV system solutions, is in search of an energetic, hard-working, sales-focused Customer Experience Associate. You will be responsible for front line communication with customers by telephone, email, or Zoom to provide information about products and services Starin offers such as system design assist while responding to the day to day needs of an established group of Starin customers. You will be working on a team of like-minded and accredited individuals and your income will grow as your customers grow. We will put you on the path to earn industry certification that will put you on a peer level with your customers.
In this Customer Experience Associate position, you will be working with a smart and savvy sales team and receive extraordinary training. Our Sales team is responsible for creating and supporting new business opportunities with new clients, as well as existing clients.
Customer Experience Associate Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer phone and email requests
- Takes orders, confirming order status and product availability
- Gives basic technical assistance, as well as promoting our products to dealers
- Solicits sales of new or additional services or products
- Keeps up to date technically and applies new knowledge to the job
Customer Experience Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Telecom and/or Media
- 2-3 years of related experience in the audio/video or IT industry
- AV application knowledge
- Strong Communication Skills
- Top Notch Presentation Skills
A sales background is preferred.
Salary is based on experience. Full benefits package available.
Starin was founded in 1988 and is fundamentally a Business Development Firm. Starin performs Market Development, Channel Management and Demand Generation functions for the associated brands. Starin also works with focus for Opportunity and Profit Center development for its resellers, integrators and other outlets for professional and commercial audio/video.
