We are hiring Customer Service Engineers who are problem-solvers, with a proven track record of working in a team environment to successfully address user computing issues. The Customer Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to prototype:IT employees and customers by installing, configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

- Associate Degree Computer Science or two years of equivalent experience
- Minimum one (1) year service desk experience
- Experience with Active Directory, copier, network printers, email configuration, Windows 7, 8, or 10, Office 365 and Microsoft office suite
