PAY RATE: $15-20/hr for Full-time (Est 40-45hrs/week), Plus Monthly Service Profit
VACATION: 5 Days/Year after six months of service (To be approved in Advance).
INSURANCE: Company will pay 100% of offered medical insurance plan including company provided disability.
RETIREMENT: Enrollment in accordance with the offered 401(k) ABSS profit sharing plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer’s primary point of contact for vehicle service. Administers Repair Order process from opening to some invoicing. Assist with Filing & processing warranty claims as required. Carryout assigned Product Support/Shop related duties.
Reports to Service Customer Support Manager
DUTIES: Point of contact with service customers and Sales Department for service communication. Answers incoming Service calls. Opens RO for customer or new unit sale. Enters customer vehicle issue(s), verifies unit data for accuracy (resolves discrepancies), and is customer advocate for warranty issues. Contact customer to obtain authorization for any additional work that is identified by the Shop. Maintain required paperwork for administration of warranty, pre-delivery and customer billing. Assist entire RO process; what is required; where to get it; and why it’s required. Follow applicable manufacturers’ guidelines and policies. Promote ABSS service work to the customer. Properly maintains company provided equipment. Cooperate with all Departments as requested. In cooperation with all users, keep work areas in a safe and presentable condition. Attend Meetings as Required, Satisfy Customers, Maintain Good Communication with Other Company Employees, Find Ways to Make Position Fun & Personally Rewarding, Assist with the Overall Effectiveness and Profitability of the Company, Additional Appropriate Responsibilities as Assigned.
