We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep for a long term contract. This person will be taking 35-45 calls per day from customers, stores and dealers about warranty claims, and general. You will also be answering 10-20 emails per day from both internal and external inquiries. Computer proficiency is required as you will also be looking up data inquiries for customers as well as entering info into our system.
- Prior call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong level of organization
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable navigating in databases.
