Call Center Representatives Needed for Utilities Company in Downtown Greensboro, NC!
Full-time, Temporary position. Shifts range Monday - Friday between 7:30 am - 7:00 pm. Excellent pay $10.75 per hour.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, patient, customer service driven and comfortable in an office environment. Work incentives available!
- Answering questions, solving problems, and providing assistance.
- Interacting via telephone and emails
- Provides customer assistance
- Ability to control conversation and controls calls to obtain information in a timely manner.
- Assisting with customers when the situation become more fragile
- Stable work history
- Ability to learn computers
- Typing and Data Entry Skills
Must pass drug screen and background check! Excellent attendance is required!
