GC Services is seeking highly energetic, motivated Inbound/Outbound call center representatives at our Knoxville, TN office. We offer an extensive training program that combined with our on-the-job training will prepare you to be successful!
- Deliver prompt, accurate, courteous customer service.
- Assist customer with day-to-day account inquiries.
- Assist customer to bring outstanding delinquent accounts current.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while continuing conversation with customer.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No experience necessary; prefer 6 months of related experience
- Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
