Customer Service Representative / Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Manager to manage print production jobs, build client relations and ensure excellence in service. This position works closely with Sales Representatives managing print jobs from estimating to billing. The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities.
- Identify customer’s needs on printing and envelope manufacturing work
- Lead the job management process communicating effectively with customers and other departments
- Build client relations, maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Experience in a Customer Service role with customer relations
- Demonstrated ability to meet customer expectations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective problem-solving
- Experience in Printing and/or Envelope Manufacturing industry along with Customer Service experience preferred.
