Temp to hire opportunity for Customer Account Representative. Prior telephone customer experience required. 1st shift M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Excellent attendance is a requirement. Overtime may be needed, must be willing to stay later or come in earlier if needed.
This position researches customer's accounts to verify if they are eligible for
Prepaid cards. The candidate will be required to review the account in detail and provide accurate information. Candidate must be able to multi task and work multiple systems. There are some outbound and inbound calls that will occur. Microsoft office (Excel, Word, email) and Call center experience. Must be detail oriented, must be able to work independently, must complete 50 tickets per day, must be able to type 55 works per minute, make outbound calls & receive inbound calls, work with Dual Monitors with multiple systems.
