- The Customer Service Representative takes incoming calls from Warehouse customers to deliver goods from warehouse inventory.
- The Customer Service Representative of is a customer minded, service oriented, detailed person, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer's goals.
- This is a 24 x 7 operation and the position requires the individual to be flexible to do shift work, weekends and holidays.
- Requirements include; High quality customer service skills, Detail oriented for our customers success, Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Outlook), Good typing skills (minimum requirement of 25 wpm).
