We are currently looking for motivated, energetic, committed and customer-focused individuals to join the WSB team.
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include providing professional, prompt and exceptional customer service, in addition to promoting and cross-selling the Bank's products and services. Other responsibilities include executing customer transactions, and completing efficient daily settlements, as well as other clerical duties. Some Saturday work is required.
The successful candidate must possess an interest in banking, a professional appearance and manner, superior interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail. Nine months of cash handling experience required. Prior banking experience is preferred but not required.
