RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in the Johnston, Rhode Island (RI) area is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
- Taking inbound calls to handle customer inquiries, process claims, rectify problems, and assist new clientele with enrolling with the organization
- Assisting clients with basic technological assistance
- Handling fulfillment requests
- Managing between 30-40 small accounts
- Processing shipping for goods
- Additional projects, as requested
- 1-3 years previous CSR or Order Processing experience
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Detail oriented, accuracy skills
