Duties will include, but not limited to Tier 1 support (Help Desk) for Group Membership, JIRA Project Creation, JIRA Dashboard & Filter Ownership, Confluence Space Creation, Fisheye Repository Creation, Fisheye Repository Change Request, Stash User Licenses, Nexus Account Creation, Nexus Repository Creation, Portfolio Creation and to include 24/7 on call support.
The best candidate for this position would be a self-motivated individual who has a strong attention to detail. They must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, be comfortable in structure/semi-structured situations, be able to identify support gaps, and work pro-actively to get tasks done.
- Shall have two (2) years of Systems Administration experience with the specific network operating system, hardware, and software to be supported
Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required
1. Expertise in traditional system administration and programming skills such as storage capacity management, and performance tuning.
2.Experience with Atlassian product line (including software and plugins) trouble ticket support, tuning, and functional training.
