This position will provide vital support to our team by acting as the liaison between Sales, Credit & Collections & Billing Departments for all Direct Purchase Order activity. This person will handle important administrative tasks, such as account reconciliation, by reviewing, researching and submitting billing issues and adjustments for approval.
They must be able to work accurately and with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills as they will be working with other departments providing service to both internal and external customers. This position will require superb clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills. This position will require
- Good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration for Direct Purchase Order Management
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, expert Excel skills
- Must have outstanding math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with Sales, Peers and Customers.
- Capable of conducting independent research.
- Familiarity with the industry would be a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum One Year Experience Required with purchase order management and / or tax exempt entities
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of specialty accounts with Tax exempt status. Managing the communications with sales and billing for disputes and discrepancies. This will include reviewing for accurate and complete documents for the creation of a special account. To improve the processing time of credits and rebills, this position will maintain open communication with all departments. This position will require both accuracy and speed in data entry. Maintain accurate records and updates for process improvements. Provide information to customers and ensure the timely collection of these accounts.
