This role is equivalent to Technical Design architect at onshore to take care of all the Client’s CSIPs (Customer Service improvement Plan), Innovation, designing work of special projects, Execution of BAu projects along with Project managers etc. Works with SDMs and PMO as well.
Experience must be at architect level and he / she will be technical Design architect for clients to take care of all the projects, CSIPs, innovative initiatives and then work with internal SMEs to complete them.
Strong in delivery management, technical mentoring, strategizing and client servicing.
Demonstrable experience of working under offshore and onsite business model.
Good understanding or familiarity with the ITIL framework.
Program management or Project Management Tools for tracking projects.

Roles and Responsibility:
Determining overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
Oversee projects to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets, minimize delays, review program status and plan future actions.
Be accountable for revenue recognition, cost control, scope of work definition, change requests and risk assessment.
