Brooksource in Louisville, KY is seeking a candidate to help assist with software documentation, certifications, deployment, and packaging for a Fortune 100 Client in the Healthcare Industry. You would be joining a team of 8-12 people that are responsible for constantly pushing out and documenting new software to 50,000 internal users in a fast pace, always changing environment.
The candidate would be responsible for testing to make sure the application works and then documenting the installation and packaging it for deployment to insure workstation compliance. This person should have experience with Windows 7 and preferable Windows 10 on the client side. Experience with SCCM or and equivalent is required. Any exposure to App-V (Application Virtualization) is strongly preferred but not a requirement.
We are seeking candidates that are open to learning new technologies and has interest in working on different projects that may arise. We want someone who is adaptable, a self-starter, and has a tremendous work ethic.
· Documenting Certifications
· SCCM or equivalent tool
· Windows 7 and/or Windows 10
· Hardware troubleshooting
· Troubleshooting Software deployments
· MS Office Suite
