The Lindencroft Program is part of the Caring Together network of providers. It is a 14 bed intensive group home for females ages 12 – 18. Youth at Lindencroft have complex mental health, medical, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. Many of the youths have families struggling with a range of issues including substance abuse, domestic violence and mental health concerns, as well as economic stressors. Some youth have family actively engaged and others will be without an identified family resource or life-long connections.
Interact with and supervise adolescent female service recipients. Provide safety and stability within a therapeutic residential program and support therapeutic treatment goals developed by clinical staff. Assist in transportation to appointments, leisure/recreational activities, provide independent living skills and provide crisis intervention as needed. Training will be provided.
- High School Diploma
- Previous work experience with adolescents a plus
- Ability to work effectively with the treatment team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid Auto Insurance
