Director of Nursing in Training (RN) - Bandera Healthcare/Park Avenue at Ensign Services

Bandera Healthcare is a growing post-acute and rehabilitation company in the state of Arizona.　 Even with the growth, we have maintained the highest level of quality care throughout the organization.　 We are looking to train and develop experienced Registered Nurses into Director of Nurses. 　　

Required Experience:

Prior leadership experience is required.　

Must have experience as an RN in a Skilled Nursing Facility.　

Details of the Program:

The Director of Nursing in Training program is a 6 month paid program.

The position is a salaried position during the program.

Must be willing to relocate within the state of Arizona upon completion of the training program.
