PRIMARY FUNCTION: Complete project dispatcher duties including, but not limited to, scheduling & communicating with subvendors, tracking project materials, checking in and out technicians and completing assorted administrative tasks as assigned.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Reports to and receives direction from assigned Project teams
REGULAR CONTACTS: Personnel in all departments and sub-vendors, as directed.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Two to Four year related degree a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Good computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database) Good organization skills - ability to perform multiple tasks. Experience in an IT organization a plus.Familiarity with cabling, fire/burg, security systems a plus
