We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager focusing on the North America region (USA / Mexico / Canada) to develop and manage marketing programs in our B2B channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
Execution of strategic marketing plans in the North America region that enable Master Fluid Solutions to capture new business growth, retain existing business, and enhance the customer experience in its targeted business-to-business (B2B) markets.
Development and execution of tactical plans that include direct sales support to help drive sales with existing and new products in existing/new channels and markets. Tactical support will include designing channel and end–user promotional campaigns, creating digital content, producing and managing marketing collateral and coordinating onsite and offsite events.
Development, implementation, and management of strategic and tactical marketing programs for key product lines in order to achieve financial growth and profit targets. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and execute plans for new product launches and commercialization, services, and marketing programs.
Measure, track, and develop key performance indicators for measurement of marketing performance and recommendations for commercial review.
Manage and be the point of contact for contracted agencies, creative teams and various vendors.
Liaison with marketing counterparts in other regions and local team members on global projects and initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Master's degree in related field considered a plus.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in related field.
Salesforce® CRM and PARDOT® experience is a plus.
Experience building marketing programs and developing KPI and reporting on the results
Experience in business to business marketing required. Channel marketing experience is a plus
Experience in digital marketing and building brand presence is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good to know:
The job requires some travel within the region and rarely an overseas trip. Travel in support of tradeshows often requires overnight stays of two plus days.
We use a number of software tools that include Salesforce.com, PARDOT, Hootsuite to manage social media and Adobe and Microsoft Office productivity suites on a daily basis.
