We’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager for our Human Resources department who will share our commitment to quality and passion for improving healthcare.
Employee Relations Manager
is responsible for development and implementation of employee/labor relations strategies and tactics consistent with the need to achieve business and clinical goals. Works in collaboration with centralized Human Resources team responsible for delivery of human resources programs and services to a designated client group. Provides support in functional areas to include but not limited to recruitment and employment personnel records, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, Master’s degree preferred.
- 5- 7 years’ experience related experience in labor relation and human resources management related field required
- Working knowledge of labor contracts and grievance process preferred
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Customer focused
