Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.Basic Qualifications:
This position requires having a minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree under a STEM (science, technology, engineering or mathematics) concentration and 9 years of engineer experience. The desired candidate must have excellentMS Excel, math &written skills and manufacturing processes knowledge.Additionally, this position requires having an active DoD Secret clearance to start, the ability to obtainB-2 Special Program Access and the ability to maintain both.
- Knowledge of EVMS(earned value management system process).
- Capable of working MSProject software, ability to pull data from different sources and compile for / perform analysis.
- Existing DoD Secret clearance with B-2 Special Program Access.
