RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full time Enterprise Service Desk to our team in support of our enterprise technology solutions client in Quantico, Virginia (VA). Our client is an end-to-end services company providing information technology and consulting services to businesses and governments. Under general supervision, the Enterprise Service Desk conducts operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, and correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.
- High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
- 1 year of experience
- One (1) year experience in IT required including at least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT
