a)Coordinating the needs and demands of multiple senior executives to create workable schedules. This includes managing complex calendars, facilitating inter-company communication and logistics and being flexible enough to adjust schedules on short notice as situations change.
b)Specific activities will include coordinating video and audio conference calls, organizing meetings, managing travel arrangements, event planning, managing calendars, supporting the preparation of annual budgets and the day-to-day processing of invoices to ensure timely payment to vendors

a)Familiarity with multiple search engines as well as information resources relevant to healthcare generally.
a)Familiarity and demonstrated experience with word processing software like Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel and presentation software like Microsoft Powerpoint.
b)Familiarity with Apple and Mac software a plus
c)Demonstrated experience setting up and maintaining e-mail systems, file sharing systems and calendars(including g-mail) as well as proficiency with statistical software and managing databases
d)Willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new programs quickly
