§ A High School diploma or higher
§ 3-5+ years experience in an administrative role are required.
§ Basic/intermediate MS Office/Lotus Notes skills

Duration: 7+ Months Consulting
Offered hourly pay: $21.00 per hour

Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives located in multiple sites within the Service organization. Role will consist of traditional administrative support activities including calendar maintenance, meeting logistics, document management etc. Candidate is responsible for coordinating on-site meetings as well as being a back-up for other executive assistants. Candidate may have access to sensitive information. Prior experience with administrative support role required.
