We are currently seeking a Financial Planner & Analyst to join our team at our Corporate office located in Stamford, CT.

As the Financial Planner & Analyst you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and you will serve as the analytical engine of the Company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making. You will spear-head the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. You will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing Board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management or in support of the Board’s Strategic Advisory Committee.
Create and distribute financial reporting to key stakeholders on a monthly & quarterly basis
Conduct variance analysis of financial statements to identify issues and opportunities
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
Provide Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in new projects and investments
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CFA highly preferred
3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis; preferably in a corporate setting
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Enterprise Software Systems strongly preferred
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think analytically, highly-driven and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
