We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to demonstrate teamwork, leadership skills and HR expertise in a wide variety of functions. This position features a professional environment in a well-established company.

- a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the human resources function with progressive responsibilities.
- an undergraduate degree (Master’s degree preferred) in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, or a related business field
- must possess demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills and HR expertise
- Computer savvy
- effective organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

HR Generalist duties
The function of this position is to manage an effective, consistent, ethical, and objective human resource process through development, implementation, and administration of human resource programs, policies, and procedures for organizational development, employment and staffing, employee development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations to support business objectives, and to meet human resource needs, and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Along with other HR representatives, this position provides HR support to the Huntsville facility.
