Human Resources team is in need of a Learning & Development Analyst, for maternity leave coverage. The Learning & Development Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
Send out emails to Line Managers and Direct Reports at each evaluation point (Baseline, Midpoint, and Endpoint) notifying them the eval link from CEB is coming: Prior to the Baseline, Midpoint, and Endpoint evaluation links coming out from CEB, send out emails to all line managers and direct reports, giving them a heads up as to when they can expect to receive the link to the survey, and what the intended purpose of the evaluation process is.
Upload Participants, Line Managers and Direct Reports into CEB and schedule invitation and reminder emails for evals: utilize the Academy Master Tracker as the data source for participants and line managers, taking information from that file and pasting into an into an Excel template within CEB and then uploading it in the system. For the direct reports, you need to pull the basic active headcount (BAH) report and manipulate the data and then paste that data into an Excel template in CEB and upload it. Then schedule an initial email invitation and 2 email reminders to participants, line managers, and direct reports requesting them to complete the evaluation on the academy participants behalf.
Generate baseline, midpoint, endpoint reports for participants and send them out: Within CEB, download all of the raw data files from the feedback received by the evaluation deadline from participants, line managers, and direct reports. Combine the 3 Excel files to create 1 report and send those out to each academy participant.
Edit information within CEB: As participants are removed from cohorts for missing too many modules, relocating, etc, all their data must be removed from CEB. Remove them, their line manager and direct reports from any baseline, midpoint, or endpoint evals they have completed in order to keep response rates accurate within CEB. Make updates to data if participants ask me to change their line manager or direct report, if there has been a recent org change. Make any necessary edits to information in CEB.
Create Quarterly Dashboard: Download and export raw data files from CEB to Excel to create quarterly dashboard showing progress from baseline to midpoint, midpoint to endpoint, overall trends, and examples of positive behavior change as a result of attending Academy programs.
