RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey (NJ) is looking for Help Desk Analysts.
Consultant's responsibilities will be as follows:
- Level 1 incident managers for application tickets
- Review outstanding tickets
- Front line for business application calls
- Answer business user requests that require technology-related intervention
- Assist applications users to optimize application performance and functionality
- 1-5 years in customer service or IT help desk support
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written
- Strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to manage project tasks independently with minimum supervision
