Education and Experience
Experience in all fields of human resources including recruiting, performance management, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, and labor relations
Knowledgeable in applicable HR policies, laws, & regulations
General knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, Workers Compensation, DOL and other related Federal & State laws REQUIRED
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience; or 7 years of HR experience and a PHR certification
Microsoft Office skills
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Uses independent judgment and discretion in prioritizing and managing situations
Must exercise the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
Must be detail-oriented, possess a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure
Friendly and professional personality
