Position:IT Field Service Technician
Location:Dallas, TX 75180area
Rate:$18.00/HRW2plus travel expense
Hours:FullTime,Tues-Sat, 11AM-8PM, some on-call
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- Candidates should have2+years’ experience supporting Printer and PC Hardware
- Field Service experience is a plus
- Customer Service experience is a must have
- CompTIA A+ would be "nice-to-have".
