Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, Ca. The ideal candidate will bolster support to a team of dedicated physical security professionals whom are responsible for all physical security activities at the main facility and off-site locations. Completes site surveys and threat/hazard analysis. Employs countermeasures (Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control Systems, Closed Circuit Television, Perimeter Boundaries, Armed Officer Force, etc...) as part of an overall integrated defense plan. Identifies construction standards, area protection, and access control requirements for Unclassified, DoD, and Special Access Program (SAP) activities in accordance with the applicable requirements (i.e.DoD 5220-22.M, ICD 705, UL 2050, and Federal Specification RR-F-191d). Liaisons with local law enforcement agencies, government officials, and VIPs. Supports high level executive visits and works directly with individuals' personal protective services. Maintains membership on the local Antiterrorism Working Group (TWG), Emergency Management Working Group (EMWG), and Integrated Defense Council (IDC).
Candidate must have strong interpersonal andproject management skills, be detail oriented, well organized, self-starter, able to manage time and multi-task to accomplish a variety of responsibilities, sometimes with conflicting priorities and timelines. Candidate must have the ability to prepare reports in a concise manner and have the ability to work with all personnel, government representatives and inspectors in a professional and courteous manner. Candidate must possess an ability to connect to the larger mission and strategy, while integrating into an inclusive work environment characterized by mutual respect, valuing differences and working in a culture of caring, accountability and innovation with a team of employees motivated to perform to the highest levels. Candidate will be expected to perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management. Position requires a current Secret Clearance.
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 6 years industrial security experience.
- Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
- Must also be able to obtainSpecial Program Access
- Physical Security Certifications/Training (i.e., ASIS PSP, 705 Construction)
- Top Secret Clearance
