- Client development/sales development
- Network and build relationships with clients
- Research and network through social media and local community events
- Update and maintain applicant database internally
- Liaison between all applicants and clients
- Experience in a sales or recruiting role, industry experience not required
- Have a sales mentality and a general understanding of a sales lifecycle from sourcing/lead generation to close
- Outstanding ability to build relationships and a network of candidates
- Motivated by personal success and accomplishment, driven by a passion to succeed
- Possess critical thinking skills, supported by intellectual curiosity and sound business judgment
- Possess outstanding telephone presence and superior written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Documented track record for achieving targeted objectives
- Social media skills
- BA/BS from an accredited university or college preferred, not mandatory
