Inside Sales Specialist

This role is a vital one as you will be a major contributor for our sales pipeline converting leads into warm opportunities for our sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for producing qualified prospects through a variety of sources, but not limited to, LinkedIn, leads from our CRM system, on-going market campaigns and inbound calls. You will compile contact/prospecting lists from prospect database, marketing campaigns, specified markets, CRM database; as well as other sources for use in prospecting. You will have to meet weekly goals of contacting, scheduling, and coordinating conversations with potential new customers. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leaders to provide feedback on outreach effectiveness and specific account planning to run campaigns and drive attendance to webinars and other key events, and setup meetings and appointments, provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perceptions, competitive intelligence, etc.) to the rest of the marketing team.

Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in SaaS product sales or marketing is a plus.
You are comfortable making both cold and warm calls with excellent phone presence
Knowledge of LinkedIn as a sales and marketing tool.
Effective sales, marketing, time and project management skills.
You are extremely organized with excellent time management skills and have a proven ability to exceed performance goals
You are highly motivated to achieve your earning potential

Experience or interest in the health insurance industry.

BS or BA degree and a minimum 1 year of professional work experience.
