Inside Technical Customer Service Representative
Diamond USA, the leading International manufacturer of Fiber Optic Connectors/Components seeks an Inside Technical Customer Service Representative for their corporate office in Billerica, MA.
The ideal candidate will understand and be able to communicate technical aspects of diverse fiber optic connectivity applications, manage key customer accounts/projects, support a busy outside sales force in all technical aspects, provide hands-on sales support and training,and possess knowledge of the complete sales cycle.
Minimum of 3 years of Inside Technical Customer Service experience working with technical products; strong presentation and people skills; MS Word/Excel, CRM and ERP proficiency.
