Define client-specific interactive initiatives and programs, gather requirements, define project objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and manage the day-to-day execution of the project plan
Proactively establish, implement and institutionalize best practice processes
Own and manage the QA testing processes and lead internal QA testing
Lead all client status calls and activities
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of interactive marketing/experience design and experience in multi-channel environments required; project management certifications a plus.
Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
Experienced oversight of third party relationships, including contract interpretation, negotiation, and ongoing vendor management.
Demonstrated experience developing detailed SOWs
