Lead licensing coordinator for a branch. May coordinate licensing activities for several remote district offices. Conducts training for other district support positions that process licensing and hiring paperwork in detached locations. Under general review, processes all new associate hiring paperwork. Processes resident state licensing applications and renewals with AHCA. Acts as liaison between sales office and corporate hiring department. Maintains licensing, compliance, and personnel files for all sales associates. Performs a variety of operational procedures within the department. Researches and provides resolution on business issues. May assist with special projects within the branch.
- 2-4 years of administrative assistant office experience.
- Recruiting experience is a plus
- Team oriented personality who is comfortable leading others.
- Excellent follow up, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail and staying organized.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
