Duties of Call Center Customer Service Representatives include:
- The customer service representative acts as the primary point of contact for customer orders
- The CSR ensures a timely and professional response to incoming customer calls/orders
- The call center representative answers incoming customer calls in a prompt and friendly manner
- This individual will communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality of customer account information and customer order data
- The Call Center Customer Service Rep demonstrates the ability to effectively maneuver through multiple system screens, utilize available department tools/information and requesting assistance as needed
Requirements and Work Activities for Call Center Customer Service Representatives :
- Customer Service experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal communication
- Reading comprehension
- Positive attitude
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries via web, email and phone
- Ability to resolve customer concerns
- Achieve monthly and individual team based targeted performance goals
- Commit to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect
- Proficiency in Windows based applications
- Decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills
