Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to provide objective risk management consultation to clients given their stated objectives. Nearly all communication is done via web or phone conference. With the backing of a national strategic partner, FEIP has unprecedented, favorable access to over one hundred wealth management firms across the country. Using FEIP’s proprietary planning tools, this position’s sole focus is communicating with clients, analyzing their needs and making objective recommendations (that may or may not include insurance). All agents are salaried employees so that recommendations are free of any conflict that could arise from commissions. There is no cold calling, no draws and certainly never a necessity to “prospect” friends and family.
A candidate for this position must have a strong life insurance background and experience in working within a multi-carrier platform. Strong written and oral communication skills are vital, as is the ability to work with minimal supervision. Those who do not have superior organizational skills need not appy.

Experience, Education & Licenses:
A candidate for this position must have a four year degree, preferably with a business-oriented major. A life/health license is required. The ideal candidate should have experience making presentations to advisors and/or to the retail public. A CFP designation is highly desirable.
Base salary with healthcare and retirement benefits. Salary is commensurate with background and experience.
