Under supervision and following established policies and procedures, assist loan officers in the preparation and analysis of loan requests and renewals, and provide administrative assistance to the department within the essential functions listed below.
1.Order reports including appraisal, environmental, credit search and other related reports as required.
2.Assist with preparation of loan package including new loans, renewals and amendments.
3.Create and set up deals in CLX while scanning and uploading necessary information.
4.Assist loan officers in preparing credit memo and credit reports for approval.
5.Prepare and distribute routine reports.
6.Assist with various account monitoring activities.
•Education: College degree in accounting or business preferred but not mandatory.
•Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in loan administration preferably in commercial lending.
•Skills/Ability: PC proficient and detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/ Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
