Assist the marketing manager & marketing team with key administrative tasks on a daily basis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
• 2+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising
• Fully Bilingual Spanish/English (Oral and Written)
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Assist Marketing Manager with key administrative tasks
• Budget sheet maintenance across all Brand Managers
• Assist marketing team with product ordering
• Assistance with reporting as requested
• Manages various data base systems and input of information
• Process and submit invoices
• Provide support on marketing campaigns as directed
• Contribute to brand presence and promotion on social media platforms
• Perform administrative duties as necessary
