Marketing/Business Development Coordinator
An investment banking firm, located in the Galleria area, is looking to hire a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator. The core responsibilities will be answer phones; send out holiday & birthday cards; schedule client meetings; prepare meeting agendas and minutes; enter contacts in database; track clients’ annual donations; update and print prospect packets; purchase client gifts; design and maintain brochures; coordinate breakfast and lunch meetings and quarterly events; maintain website and social media sites; maintain spreadsheets; and register professionals for classes.
Administrative and/or marketing experience; and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and experience maintaining social media sites and planning events are preferred.
