Our Marketing Content Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Director of Marketing Communications and accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
-Assists with basic website maintenance for compositesone.com and other related websites and microsites, as well as basic data management.
-Coordinates basic maintenance of Composites One website, including making content changes, posting news and event updates, etc.
-Manages microsites connected to Composites One’s website.
-Develops and crafts new and focused content for website working closely with Director of Marketing Communications and other team members.
-Develops digital marketing campaigns designed to increase traffic to Composites One website.
-Assists other departments with data management.
-Coordinates Search Engine Optimization and Pay Per Click efforts for Composites One website.
-Collaborates with Director of Marketing Communications to develop SEO/PPC strategy.
-Perform consumer research to discover innovative ways of reaching customers via the Internet.
-Develop and maintain a social media strategy.
-Coordinate content development.
-Collaborates with team to optimize CRM efforts.
-Assists with other various internal and external communication tools.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required, or a combination of related experience and education that is deemed to commensurate with the degree requirement.
-A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Marketing role are required.
-Knowledge of social media and recent trends as it relates to the professional environment strongly preferred.
-Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills required.
-The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing work environment required.
