You will generate demand and engage clients using Marketing campaigns to support business development and client sales commercial success. With my team develop and execute an ongoing program of targeted account-based marketing to win, grow and keep clients.
What you'll be doing:
Work as team to construct and implement monthly activity plans which include appropriate volume and mix of marketing (including direct marketing, email, events, webinars, social and paid media, PR / Analyst outreach, contact generation and marketing).
Work together with business development and client sales to focus on prospects and clients, their needs and decision-making process, gathering information and fine-tuning activity plans, including agreeing and supporting follow up sales actions.
Work closely with group marketing teams to develop compelling content, sales and bid materials, digital tools, use CRM and marketing automation tools effectively.
Support the process of securing and publishing compelling case studies for retail clients in BU, illustrating results achieved by clients when using company capabilities and tools. Supplement with shorter testimonials from range of contact within clients.
Develop high quality creative, copywriting, direct marketing, PR and media, and events, including supporting the Marketing Manager to manage local agency/freelance support where needed.
Support feeding into monthly budget management, reporting and forecasting, weekly campaign reporting, monthly KPI reporting and forecasting.
Support business development bids and proposals for the BU, ensuring highest quality content and design.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree and/or proven experience in marketing, communications, PR and events
