The Marketplace Analyst will be responsible for compiling, organizing and analyzing data in order to best manage and optimize our partner accounts. As our representatives connect business owners who are looking for insurance with our partner brokers/agents, the Marketplace Analyst will monitor the efficiency of all partner campaigns.
This will include: onboarding new partners, establish partner objectives and manage expectations, proactively monitoring performance through data analytics, coordinating across internal teams - Tech, Finance, Customer Success and Sales to ensure partner success. The job requires someone who truly loves working with and making decisions based on data. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have great communication skills and be able to communicate effectively across all departments.
