Overseas the coordination of educational materials for use in university programs and rep lead field education. Coordinates education calendar and manages the preparation and shipment of surgical, restorative, and regenerative demonstration materials.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Materials Calendar by adding new requests as they come in
Coordinates the shipping and receiving of demo educational materials (pulling items, boxing and shipping materials out and then receiving them back into materials inventory)
Helps to manage inventory of educational materials
Responsible for quality checking and refurbishing demo kits and materials after educational programs
Responsible for the sterilization of certain surgical equipment as needed
Expected Areas of Competence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, handle stressful situations, use initiative and innovation to handle issues and make decisions.
Previous administrative experience.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Internet Explorer/Mail/Calendar, Livelink, DCS, Access, Acrobat or Adobe and the ability to learn new software applications.
Possess a general understanding of Zimmer instruments and implants.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities.
Able to travel and work overtime when required.
Must be able to lift 50 pound or more on a non-routine basis.
High School diploma or equivalent.
