The Villas is looking for genuinely caring Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator who strives to provide clinical excellence and genuine care in a beautiful renovated, fast paced, 5-star, team environment. Our Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator coordinates the IDT team in the development of guest RAI process in accordance with federal and state regulation. Reviews, edits, corrects, and ensures assessments are signed appropriately signifying completeness and accuracy of all MDS, CAA's, Care Plans and care conference notes. Appropriately maximizes reimbursement based on accurate capture of guest acuity and complete documentation of services provided.
Shift: Full-time, day shift
- Pass criminal background check, TB, and drug screen.
- Be eligible to be a license Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
- Have a minimum of 1-year of MDS experience.
