This is a highly applied and developmental technical level for supporting a large campus infrastructure. The employee will work with a team of professionals to assist in maintaining a very large and complex campus network but the focus of the available position is VoIP. The employee will primarily work to resolve trouble tickets reported with VoIP infrastructure and will also assist project team with implementation of a new Cisco Unified Collaboration Suite. Once the project has reached completion, the employee will take lead role in supporting all aspects of the new system and the VoIP Network. Along with maintaining the VoIP System, the position will also involve working to resolve issues reported on WAN and Campus LAN. While normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, the position will occasionally require working after business hours and on weekends to complete project tasks and/or incident resolution during on call rotation.
