Position is to work in a Financial Planning Firm and to assist Financial Coaches by obtaining and preparing new account and servicing paperwork for both life insurance and securities/investments. The position requires an adaptable candidate with experience in administration, excellent people skills, have the ability to multi task with high quality organizational skills, detail oriented, and be a team player with the capability to work independently. Candidate must have computer skills and ability to work with Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, etx. We are hiring immediatley for Full Time 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with benefits available after a 90 day probation period. Office location is in Seminole Heights area of Tampa.
