Our client, based in River West, Chicago, are in an exciting period of growth and are looking to bring on board an Office Manager/Bookkeeper who can play an important role in overseeing many important aspects critical to the ongoing success of our client. The successful candidate will report directly into the owners. From an accounting perspective, the office manager will work in close collaboration with an external, qualified accountant.

Within this role, the Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be responsible for (but is not limited to):
- Credits & Debits
- Bank Account Management
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliations
- Project Compliance Documentation
- Scheduling and Meeting Organization
- Many Ad Hoc Responsibilities
To be considered for this position, the successful candidates is required to have a working knowledge of quick books and excel, with exceptional attention to detail and clerical skills.
On top of generous benefits, a base salary of between $50,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
Additional benefits include: 401k, medical/dental insurance, 2 weeks PTO and free staff parking on-site.
Regular salary reviews and generous bonuses have been paid over the last few years depending on personal performance.
