Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with Personal Lines experience to join their team. The Personal Lines CSR will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the company’s insured customers. This is a full-time, permanent role.
- Provides exemplary customer service at all times in order to provide timely services to all clients.
- Processes new client accounts and existing account renewals.
- Processes endorsements.
- Communicates with clients in order to identify their needs and requirements.
- Recommends additional coverage to clientele.
- Responsible for following up with clientele as necessary.
- A NYS Brokers License is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience is needed.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
